Our total quality management process begins with identification of raw components for complete traceability and continues through to 100% final inspection of every product. We utilize in-house RoHS X-ray test equipment to confirm European Directive RoHS compliance.
New production processes are evaluated using the FMEA (failure mode effects analysis) method to identify potential failures modes before the product is released to production.
Our cable assemblies pass through a minimum 3-point continuity inspection process. Cables are produced according to IPC/WHMA-A-620 processing standards. High-speed assemblies are certified using sophisticated eye-pattern test routines or hi-pot test procedures.
